The Ontario Senior Games-Winterfest 2011 successfully concluded with a spectacular Closing Ceremonies on Thursday February 17, 2011. This 3 day event starting on Tuesday February 15th, 2011 as a complete success and was a memorable experience for everyone involved including the over 900 participants, non-participants and over 350 volunteers involved! On behalf of Winterfest 2011 Games Organizing Committee thank-you to everyone who was assoicated with an event Haliburton County will never forget!

From February 15th to 17th 2011, Haliburton County hosted the Ontario Senior Games - Winterfest. All competitors were 55 years of age or over and are great examples of what a healthy, active lifestyle can do to improve health and your senior years.
